Send a correction, or ask about a fee
One inbox, read by a person. Corrections with a source link are the most useful thing you can send, and they get fixed fastest.
Write to [email protected]
That address reaches the person who writes the pages. There is no form on this site, no mailing list and no newsletter — nothing here collects your email address, so writing to us is the only way we would ever get it.
What is genuinely useful
Corrections. If a fee, exam code, time limit or retirement date on this site no longer matches the issuer’s page, tell us which page and, if you can, link the source. Exam versions change on published dates and we would rather hear it from you than a month later.
Gaps. If there is a cloud exam you needed a straight answer about and could not find one here, say which. That is how the next page gets chosen.
Disagreements about a score. The five criteria behind every score are published on our about page. If you think we have weighted one badly, the argument is worth having.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you whether you will pass. Nobody can: AWS publishes no pass rates, and anyone offering you a probability is guessing or selling.
We cannot supply exam questions, “real” or otherwise, or point you at anyone who does. AWS’s published rules make accessing that material a violation of the agreement you sign when you register, with sanctions that reach existing certifications.
We cannot give you career advice, quote you a salary or tell you what a certification is worth where you live. And we are not AWS, Microsoft or Google support — booking problems, score reports and account issues go to the certifying body, which is the only party that can act on them.
How long we take
A few days, usually. Corrections jump the queue, and if one lands we re-read the source page, change the text and update the date shown on the page, so you can see it happened.
